Data Center Project Manager

Compensation is $0 per year. The Data Center Project Manager role is 100% onsite at Fermi’s campus in Amarillo, TX, with periodic travel to vendor facilities, fabrication shops, and partner offices as needed. The role reports to the Director of DC Construction and delivers data center buildings for assigned tenant accounts. The project manager is the single point of accountability for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and commercial delivery from building release through commissioning and turnover. The role protects tenant commitments while coordinating construction partners and internal teams across the full delivery lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Own delivery of buildings within an assigned tenant account from design development through turnover
• manage sequencing, shared resources, and campus interfaces
• maintain execution plans and scope, cost, and schedule baselines
• administer delivery agreements and change orders
• own cost forecasts and milestone positions
• coordinate commissioning and turnover
• manage tenant delivery relationships
• support procurement and partner selection
• enforce safety requirements
• provide decision-grade reporting.
