What you'll do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment
• maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, boiler, fire safety, elevator, and pool systems
• respond to guest and team member maintenance requests
• assist with setup, repair, and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• maintain maintenance and inspection records
• work with other departments to support operations.
