What you'll do

• Draft, review, organize, coordinate, and manage commercial loan closings
• meet with borrowers and bankers
• prepare loan documents
• review title and lien searches
• coordinate legal review
• file documents, obtain title insurance, and bill expenses
• communicate with SBA and other agencies
• ensure compliance with loan-program requirements
• submit closing packages
• review environmental reports, insurance, and property
• monitor regulatory changes and maintain loan data.
