What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, roofs, gutters, recreational facilities, and other property areas
• guide in-house staff and contractors
• oversee apartment inspections, painting, cleaning, and turnover
• manage supplies and tools
• maintain pool safety
• coordinate schedules and emergency coverage
• support hiring and training
• monitor expenditures
• address resident maintenance concerns.
