Maintenance Technician — Apartments

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, at Urban Crest Apartments in the Alamo Heights area. Pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour. The position supports apartment maintenance and make-ready work for Morningside Property Management. The technician helps keep apartments safe, functional, and ready for residents by completing repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks. The role also responds to resident service requests and coordinates with team members, contractors, and vendors to prepare apartment homes for move-in.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• perform basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and appliance or pool-equipment repairs
• restore vacant apartments to rent-ready condition
• respond to resident service requests
• perform preventive maintenance and janitorial work
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• serve in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.

Why this role
