What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, grounds upkeep, and home repairs
• maintain curb appeal and resident safety
• inspect and maintain utility infrastructure
• complete make-ready repairs
• troubleshoot plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, drainage, and general building issues
• care for lawns and outdoor areas
• coordinate urgent and complex tasks
• manage inventory
• communicate with residents and stakeholders
• complete maintenance documentation.
