What you'll do

• Own the strategy, performance, and development of the third-party branded merchandise assortment
• define category architecture and identify product opportunities
• use customer insight, sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify assortment changes
• maintain a category roadmap
• monitor emerging brands, products, materials, and decoration techniques
• partner with Sales on promotional products
• develop scalable product selection, sourcing, decoration, ordering, and fulfillment processes
• build supplier and brand relationships
• evaluate suppliers and product opportunities
• coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, availability, and terms
• monitor supplier and product performance
• collaborate across relevant teams.
