What you'll do

• design and maintain frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Playwright
• define automation strategy and roadmaps
• mentor automation engineers
• review code and establish practices
• integrate suites with CI/CD pipelines
• drive functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end coverage
• collaborate with product, development, DevOps, and QA teams
• own test execution, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and quality reporting
• create dashboards and metrics
• support planning and risk management
• improve automation efficiency.
