Night Cook (Part-Time)

The Night Cook role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, at $23 per hour. The position is at Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ Kendall Square location and supports Eurest’s foodservice operations. The cook prepares and serves food according to standardized recipes and service schedules, maintaining food quality, safe handling, and kitchen cleanliness. The role also supports production planning, supply ordering, and equipment upkeep as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions
• portion and present meals at the correct temperature
• use ticket collection procedures and maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store food safely
• keep refrigerators and storerooms organized
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving supplies
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents.
