Machine Operator

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Twinsburg, OH. Pay is $18–$25 per hour, and the stated core schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with overtime required as needed. The role supports manufacturing of industrial products and components. The operator runs and monitors production equipment to meet safety, efficiency, quality, and production requirements. The position also supports production continuity through inspections, documentation, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with production support teams.

What you'll do

• Operate assigned equipment, including laser cutting, gasket, JCEM pleating, and metal shearing machines
• set up, adjust, and monitor machines
• load and unload materials according to production orders and specifications
• inspect products and report defects
• complete production and quality documentation
• perform routine inspections, cleaning, basic maintenance, and authorized troubleshooting
• collaborate with Process Technicians, Maintenance, Quality, and Supervisors
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Why this role
