Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician

The Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician role is an onsite, part-time position in Denham Springs, LA, with pay of $16–$18 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus after 200 client billing hours. Butterfly Effects provides applied behavior analysis services in partnership with families affected by autism. The interventionist implements individualized plans under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst's direction and records client progress. The role supports children's communication, social interaction, self-care, academic, and life skills while working with families and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
• manage challenging behaviors
• apply behavioral principles consistently
• assist clients with academic and life skills
• communicate with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients
• complete accurate daily paperwork and data collection
• participate in training
• maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures.
