Experienced Bedbound Caregiver — Day or Awake Overnight

The Experienced Bedbound Caregiver role is an onsite assignment in Nashville, TN, with 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or awake overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and other stated factors. The caregiver joins Helping Hearts USA LLC’s care team to provide one-on-one support to a fully bedbound client. The role provides dependable, hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, transfers, safety monitoring, meals, and companionship. By following the client’s care plan, documenting care, and communicating changes promptly, the caregiver helps maintain the client’s comfort, dignity, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide continuous supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, and repositioning
• use a Hoyer lift and approved transfer equipment according to the care plan
• assist with meals, feeding, and fluids as needed
• monitor and report changes in condition
• maintain a clean environment and complete laundry
• document care and shift notes
• maintain reliable attendance and handoffs.
