What you'll do

• Partner with producers to service and retain commercial accounts
• build client relationships through proactive communication and service
• review and recommend coverages and identify opportunities to expand protection
• process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
• support proposals, insurance summaries, and marketing or quotation work
• educate clients on coverages, exclusions, and policy requirements
• coordinate with carriers and wholesalers
• maintain agency management system documentation
• handle invoicing and accounting procedures.

Why this role

Requires an active Property & Casualty Insurance license, 3–5+ years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.
