What you'll do

• Monitor assigned residents and check on them throughout the shift
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond promptly to resident call bells and security systems
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and life-enrichment activities
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• observe and document medications and treatments using medication records
• report medication concerns
• restock medication carts
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs and participate in service-plan updates.
