What you'll do

• Obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program
• generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions
• sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance products
• build customer relationships and provide customer service
• learn performance metrics and business fundamentals
• gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management, and growth strategies
• complete licensing requirements and structured training
• develop production skills and continue building a book of business.
