What you'll do
- Supervise and guide RBTs and therapists implementing treatment plans
- conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
- design and oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- conduct quarterly competency assessments
- review and analyze behavior and skill-acquisition data in Central Reach.
