What you'll do

• Interact professionally with residents, guests, and vendors
• clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces, and outdoor common areas
• care for floors, carpets, and surfaces
• keep trash and recycling areas clean and orderly
• identify and report safety concerns, maintenance needs, and cleanliness issues
• support additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
