What you'll do

• Lead single-plaintiff, class, collective, and PAGA matters through litigation, trial, and arbitration
• develop and execute case strategy with relationship partners
• direct discovery, take and defend depositions, and work with expert witnesses
• draft and argue significant motions
• appear in court and represent clients at trial and arbitration
• lead settlement negotiations and mediations
• advise employer clients on California labor and employment law, FEHA-related claims, wage-and-hour issues, and workplace compliance.
