What you'll do

• Lead monthly close activities and oversee journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting
• maintain accounting governance across ledgers
• direct premium, subsidy, self-insured, and claims-reserve accounting and reconciliation
• oversee statutory, regulatory, CMS, and audit reporting
• lead finance workstreams for platform implementations, including design, testing, validation, and controls
• coach and develop employees and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
