What you'll do

• Deliver academic interventions to small groups and provide one-on-one or small-group instruction
• monitor student behavior and support a safe, inclusive environment
• supervise lunch or recess
• work with teachers and the special education team
• lead and participate in after-school activities
• participate in out-of-school program planning
• communicate with parents, students, and community members
• identify needed supplies
• participate in professional development and training.
