Patient Access Liaison

Job overview

Patient Access Liaison is a field-based role in the San Diego, Irvine, or Anaheim, CA area, with stated base salary of $180,000–$200,000 per year. Compass Pathways develops investigational mental health treatments, including COMP360, and is conducting clinical programs for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. The liaison supports site readiness and patient access by educating healthcare stakeholders on REMS, coverage, reimbursement, and treatment logistics. The role helps address access barriers, coordinate compliant processes, and share field insights while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.

What you'll do

• Support REMS site certification and patient enrollment processes
• strengthen site access readiness
• educate site personnel on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefit investigations, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• support case-level access resolution and treatment logistics
• coordinate cross-functional handoffs
• document activities in CRM
• maintain account plans and non-promotional role boundaries
• travel within the assigned geography, estimated at 50% or more.
