What you'll do

• Assist with meal and snack preparation and service according to menus, standardized recipes, and therapeutic diet orders
• monitor and document food and refrigerator temperatures
• provide appropriate utensils and equipment with resident trays
• clean the dietary department
• follow sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
• help identify and store incoming food and supplies
• attend training.
