Field Service Technician — Gaming Equipment

What you'll do

• Respond to service calls and repair, maintain, and install gaming equipment
• diagnose issues with gaming machines, systems, and components
• prioritize calls by urgency and location
• coordinate with dispatch and team members
• document service activities, parts, and equipment updates
• stock the service vehicle with tools and parts
• provide onsite support to store staff and customers
• follow safety, security, and compliance procedures
• assist with setup and testing of new machines
• maintain an organized service vehicle.
