What you'll do

• Oversee Fire Boss operations and training programs
• ensure pilot resources meet internal and customer needs
• develop training materials and curricula
• provide ground and flight instruction on AT-802 and 802A Fire Boss aircraft
• provide endorsements and currency training
• ferry aircraft and provide customer flight services
• comply with FAA flight requirements
• coordinate with ground crews and air traffic control
• conduct test flights
• maintain flight records and currency
• support flight-service administration and aircraft sales.
