The Certified Athletic Trainer role is onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay is $74,260–$83,260 per year, plus a $1,500–$2,500 sign-on bonus. Work Right NW provides on-the-job care, early symptom interventions, and wellness programs to improve worker health, safety, and performance. The trainer evaluates injury risks, provides early intervention and rehabilitation, and partners with safety professionals and ergonomists on wellness programs. The role uses data and technology to help prevent injuries and improve worker well-being in an industrial setting.

What you'll do

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools
• schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments
• rehabilitate non-work-related injuries
• partner with safety professionals and ergonomists to develop wellness programs
• use data analytics to assess injuries and implement solutions
• collaborate on programs to improve worker health.
