What you'll do
- Deliver services in accordance with nursing regulations
- support and guide care staff
- review and revise assessments and care plans
- review physician orders and provide ordered treatments
- educate residents and families
- observe residents and communicate condition changes
- administer and document medications
- document observations and interventions
- assist with nutrition, hydration, activities of daily living, appointments, transfers, and ambulation
- monitor safety and support fall prevention
- respond to life-saving situations
- support medication delivery and documentation
- communicate with families and care teams.
