What you'll do

• Oversee medication self-administration, refills, medication records, and narcotic counts
• conduct health screenings and nursing assessments
• coordinate with the Medical Director and external primary care providers, dentists, and specialists
• maintain survey readiness for licensing and accreditation
• develop infection control policies, TB testing protocols, and emergency response procedures
• participate in quality improvement meetings and report on medication errors, health trends, and immunization compliance.
