What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow site procedures and hospital policies
• respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and behavioral health concerns
• patrol facility grounds, parking areas, entrances, corridors, and perimeter
• monitor access and visitor management
• document observations and incidents and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders.
