The Operating Room Nurse Residency role is an onsite position based in St. Louis, MO. This program supports the Mercy Hospital STL team in training new nurses. The role exists to provide nursing students with hands-on experience in the operating room through a residency program. The nurse will receive comprehensive training in both circulating and scrub roles to become a confident OR nurse.
