What you'll do

• Monitor maintenance expenses

• keep weather and maintenance records
• maintain tools and equipment
• clean common areas
• supervise contractors
• provide emergency resident support after office hours
• maintain unit and resident preventive maintenance records
• service common amenities
• conduct quarterly unit inspections.
