Associate Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Job overview

The Associate Project Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Indianapolis, IN. Base salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year. Jack Laurie Group is developing the next generation of project managers for commercial construction. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, the associate learns and supports estimating, bidding, project execution, customer management, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across trades. The development path is intended to prepare the associate to manage projects and customer relationships independently.

What you'll do

• Assist with bidding, estimating, takeoffs, and proposals
• build relationships with customers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• participate in project meetings and jobsite visits
• coordinate schedules across trades
• assist with documentation, costs, change orders, and customer communications
• help address project challenges and learn job costing, profitability, forecasting, and performance.
