Payroll Specialist

The role supports accurate, compliant pay and works with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to improve payroll workflows and communications.

What you'll do

• Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 700 employees across multiple states and legal entities
• audit hours, commissions, bonuses, deductions, taxes, garnishments, PTO balances, and benefit deductions
• ensure payroll compliance
• partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations
• improve workflows, reporting, and automation
• draft and distribute payroll communications.
