What you'll do

• Answer calls and share account information
• prepare correspondence, proposals, banquet event orders, and contracts
• distribute sales and catering communications
• liaise with managers and other departments about upcoming events and changes
• respond to client inquiries
• coordinate with departments to support service and guest satisfaction
• maintain contract and correspondence records
• reserve and confirm rooms and event spaces when needed.
