What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• safely lift, move, position, and transport residents
• assist with meals and toileting
• monitor and report changes in condition and care needs
• maintain flow sheets and documentation
• support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• and follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
