The Licensed Mental Health PHP Therapist role is onsite in Towson, MD, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; compensation is not specified. Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health provides comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. The therapist delivers care to adults in the Partial Hospitalization Program, building therapeutic relationships and contributing to integrated treatment plans. The role supports patient progress through psychotherapy, assessment, education, team collaboration, and timely clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in PHP
• develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• educate patients about diagnoses, treatment, and symptom management
• design and lead process, psychoeducational, and skills groups
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists
• participate in treatment meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• coordinate with families and external providers as appropriate
• complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field; at least two years of direct clinical experience; and active independent licensure as LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW. Working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care is required; EMDR experience is highly preferred.
