What you'll do

• Lead and develop Admissions and Billing teams
• oversee referral intake, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, financial clearance, billing, collections, and reimbursement
• monitor cash collections, accounts receivable, denials, authorization turnaround, referral conversion, and reimbursement outcomes
• collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, compliance, IT, accounting, and patient experience teams
• escalate complex payer, provider, patient, and reimbursement issues
• drive process improvement, standardization, and automation
• ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
