Building Automation System Estimator

What you'll do

• Review bid invitations, plans, and specifications
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• estimate materials, equipment, and labor
• write scope narratives, exclusions, and clarifications
• maintain pricing databases
• research cost factors
• organize and negotiate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• meet with potential clients to discuss proposed services.
