Lead EHR Analyst

The analyst represents Lunera in its Community Connect governance process, owns revenue cycle, patient access, and pharmacy workflows, and leads upgrade validation. The role helps maintain reliable clinical and administrative applications while building technical direction and team capacity as analyst positions are established.

What you'll do

• Represent Lunera with the Community Connect host and manage change requests
• review upgrade content and release notes
• own professional billing, claims, revenue cycle, registration, scheduling, patient access, and ambulatory pharmacy workflows
• lead upgrade testing and release readiness
• maintain test scripts, validation evidence, and build documentation
• coordinate dental interface testing
• mentor analysts and support hiring and onboarding
• coordinate EHR downtime procedures and participate in after-hours escalation for clinical application incidents.
