What you'll do

• Monitor payroll and timekeeping data flowing between HeavyJob and ADP
• review employee time, hours, pay information, job assignments, and cost codes
• reconcile payroll, timekeeping, and job-costing information
• research and resolve discrepancies
• support payroll processing, audits, adjustments, corrections, and exception management
• prepare reports and reconciliation files
• respond to employee and manager questions
• maintain confidentiality and appropriate controls.
