What you'll do

• Prepare and serve the beverage menu according to recipes and standards
• maintain beverage consistency and presentation
• meet stated weekday and weekend service-time standards
• prepare espresso, textured milk, and basic latte art
• process POS tickets accurately
• provide personalized guest service and communicate menu and allergy information
• maintain the barista station and complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks
• support other front-of-house roles as needed.
