What you'll do

• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margins, cash performance, and monthly financial reporting
• oversee service dispatch, project scheduling, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, fleet, and shop throughput
• maintain code and quality programs and support certification reviews
• lead safety outcomes
• manage and develop teams
• build technician succession and apprenticeship pipelines
• support customer retention, service agreements, estimating, and commercial growth.
