Assesses and develops trauma competencies, learning needs, and education plans for nurses, physicians, and staff. Designs and delivers evidence-based education, orientation, and preceptorship programs. Rounds and evaluates clinical practice to monitor patient progress and adherence to trauma standards. Collaborates with leaders and teams to implement best practices.
