What you'll do

• Work company-provided residential HVAC leads
• assess homeowners' HVAC needs
• recommend replacement and upgrade options including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and central air-conditioning systems
• prepare estimates and financing options
• explain equipment choices
• follow up and maintain a sales pipeline
• document leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sold jobs in ServiceTitan
• coordinate handoffs with installation and operations
• pursue sales, revenue, and close-rate goals.
