What you'll do

• Build and lead a team of technicians and histotechnicians
• develop and follow company standard operating procedures and guidelines
• develop a bioreclamation facility
• analyze and separate blood doses and create tissue samples
• promote growth of tissue and cell lines
• perform equipment and technology quality assurance and quality control
• oversee necropsy and laboratory tools
• assess production and quality data and report to stakeholders
• generate cells and cell cultures
• purify DNA and RNA.
