What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting across both agencies
• partner with hiring managers on scorecards and interview plans
• source creative, strategy, paid media, and account candidates
• manage Greenhouse recruiting operations and reporting
• maintain policies and employee handbooks
• support multi-state employment compliance, leaves, accommodations, onboarding, offboarding, performance and engagement cycles
• contribute to DEI practices and equitable access to development and recognition.
