What you'll do

• Conduct property and move-out inspections, renewal and final walkthroughs, and document observations
• post notices, communications, vendor instructions, and required documents
• manage keys and lockboxes and assist with property access
• provide minor maintenance support and respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and concerns
• serve as an onsite contact for residents, owners, vendors, and contractors.
