The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Smithfield, NC. The stated pay range is $110–$120 per hour. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment plans, conducts assessments, supervises and supports Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams. This clinical work supports client progress through individualized, evidence-based care.
