The Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with compensation of $90,000–$125,000 per year. The project manager leads commercial construction projects from planning through delivery, keeping work on schedule and budget while coordinating owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff. The role also oversees project financials, safety, quality, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage project teams and coordinate with Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and the Superintendent
• lead preconstruction and job meetings
• resolve design and detail issues
• establish and manage schedules
• coordinate deliveries and subcontractor work
• analyze job costs and recommend action on overruns
• review invoices and pay applications
• prepare owner billings and change requests
• manage subcontractors, vendors, and submittals
• oversee site-specific safety, OSHA compliance, contract files, and as-built records
• mentor and train junior project staff.
