What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations for fleet vehicles, aircraft ground support equipment, and operational support equipment
• perform and oversee preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues
• maintain loaders and other ground support equipment
• troubleshoot EV charging infrastructure
• conduct inspections
• ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements
• provide technical guidance
• mentor and train mechanics
• coordinate workflow and task assignments
• maintain repair, inspection, compliance, and training records
• coordinate parts and service providers
• support reliability and cost-improvement initiatives.
