What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day agency operations
• manage team workflow, priorities, schedules, and follow-up
• monitor tasks and processes against deadlines and expectations
• track agency activity and assist with performance reporting
• maintain office procedures and workflows
• identify operational issues and implement solutions with the agent
• support onboarding, training, and development
• assist with customer service escalations
• help maintain compliance with agency and insurance requirements
• communicate expectations and support accountability
• partner with the agent on goals and initiatives.
